When it comes to content management systems most of my skills lie in the open source project Joomla. I've worked with all the common CMS solutions PHP based, the list is below. My "Philosophy" when it comes to CMS solutions is to pick a CMS solution which fits your needs, don't pick a CMS then fit it to your needs. Each CMS has their own pros and cons.
